Born 10/25/53 in Sidney,Ohio

Upbringing: Rased as a Roman Catholic on my parent's farm (Ralph and Esther Linthicum) on the former Fort Loramie-Port Jefferson  Rd (now Sharp Rd.)and later another on Fort Loramie-Swanders Rd.  between Anna and Port Jefferson in rural Shelby County.

Marital status:Married with wife Kimberly and three sons (now grown) residing in Piqua,Ohio.

Parish affiliation: St. Mary Church in Piqua where I am involved with Piqua Ultreya..part of Cincinnati's Cursillo movement. I also help with scripture readings at Mass,help at the parish festival and the St.Mary Outpost at the yearly Piqua Heritage Festival. I make frequent pilgrimages to the Shrine of the Holy Relics at Maria Stein Center and to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation in Carey,Ohio.

Member of Knights of Columbus Piqua Council 3344 (since 2011.)

Education: 1973 graduate of Lehman Catholic High School in Sidney...was active in high school band,4-H,A.C.T.,Boys Cheer Club,Chess Club,Library Club,homecoming and prom committees. My favorite popular music was (and still is) soul gospel,contemporary Christian,jazz,blues,southern rock,soft adult contemporary,smooth jazz and oldies. I aired the weekly Lehman news program on WMVR in Sidney when I was a senior in 1972-73.
